The critical part is getting the correct length, the tie should just touch the waistband. Below is too long and yours was way too short. It requires practice where to have the initial start length.

That was a great tutorial!! I learned how to do the "easy knot" but this is much more executive like. I will have to practice this. the problem is when you are putting a tie on someone else (husband) it's a bit more difficult. I will be working on it, though. Thanks so much!!
